EXHIBITION AREA:

A professional exhibition will be organized within the framework of the conference.

GALA DINNER:

It will take place on Thursday, March 23rd from 20:30 at the Hôtel-Dieu Saint-Jacques, located in Toulouse.

Transport will be provided by a shuttle service.

TRANSPORT DURING THE CONGRESS:

A free service of buses will be organized in the morning, from the hotels to the Congress Center and at the end of the conferences to the hotels. The hours and the meeting points will be indicated in each hotel.

WORKING LANGUAGES::

The working languages of the conference will be French and english.Simultaneous translation will be provided for all the plenary sessions and workshops.
